Clinic Director
The Clinic Director is the most important role in a clinic. Clinic directors are in charge of their team’s success as well as their client’s satisfaction.
IV Technician
IV Teach is the right-hand man (or woman!) of the clinic director. The main responsibility of this role is giving intramuscular injections and starting IVs.
Client Service Associate
CSA or Client Service Associate is the support for the medical staff. Answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking vital signs, and keeping clients comfortable while receiving their IVs.
