Is the Platinum Unlimited Membership truly unlimited?

Our Platinum Unlimited Membership is as close to being truly unlimited while ensuring we keep your health and safety as our top priority! Some of the vitamins and nutrients in our IV Drips and Injections have limitations on how much or how often they can be given. There aren’t any restrictions on the services you can use your Platinum Unlimited Membership for, yes, you can use it for NAD+ ! There is also no daily, monthly, or lifetime cap on the dollar value of services you can use your Platinum Unlimited Membership for. Our clinicians will work with you to ensure the services you choose align with your personal health goals and keep your health and safety in mind at all times!

How much is the membership fee for the Founder’s Membership?

There is NO membership fee or any other fee associated with the Founder’s Membership. The cost of your monthly membership is a credit on your account that you can use for IV Drips, Injections, Supplements, or Bloodwork! This credit doesn’t expire as long as your membership is active and will rollover month-to-month!

What if I want to cancel my Platinum Unlimited or Founder’s Membership?

There are no cancellation fees or contract buyouts with ANY of our Memberships. Simply notify us 90 days before you would like to cancel your membership and we’ll take care of the rest! Keep in mind that the Platinum Unlimited and Founder’s Membership are limited-time offers and if you choose to cancel and change your mind, you would only be able to purchase one of our standard memberships.
